A critical function, as part of a young dynamic team, in a fast-paced digital media production environment, the JMD coordinator is responsible for facilitating the timely and accurate flow of job data and information between GSD and its clients around the world.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and transmit job data from customers and ensure timely receipt and delivery of jobs.
• Support team leaders and operations management in the planning of projects and the allocation of available capacities, to achieve consistent on-time delivery.
• Ensure clear and accurate information regarding job status and scheduling between client and production teams.
• Answer customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email, phone etc.
• Maintain accurate and complete job/project data, to facilitate timely and accurate billing of services to clients.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Good administrative/organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think clearly under pressure.
• Good communications skills – strong basic to intermediate English needed.
• Good facility with computers to learn/use applications required for the job.
• Willingness to work shifts/holidays if required.
